What this is — and what it isn't.

Is this CE / pre-license / DRE-approved?
No. DIFT Close is sales training. It is not continuing education, not pre-license, and not approved by any state real estate commission. If you need CE, take CE. If you need to actually sell, this is for you.
How is the −$1 bundle math real?
Pro annual is $299. It comes with a $300 credit on DIFT Leads (any product). Spend that credit and your net annual cost is −$1. The credit doesn't expire while your Pro subscription is active.
Who teaches?
Working agents — currently producing in California — with at least 50 closed deals. We're not selling someone's brand; we're teaching what's actually working in 2026.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month. Pro annual refunds within 30 days, prorated thereafter (the $300 leads credit is forfeited on refund).
Brokerage cohorts?
Yes — 10+ seats get cohort pricing and a private Slack channel. Email teams@doitfortheclose.com.
What if I'm a top producer already?
Pro includes a script library and instructor 1:1s, which most experienced agents use for objection refinement and accountability. Starter is probably underwhelming if you're already at 24+ deals/year.
